Event Scheduler

The LookOut theme has a an event scheduling feature.  This dialog should help you find a time that will work for all attendees of your meeting.  You can add local attendees (attendees from your domain) and their schedule will be shown in blocks of time.

Finding the Next Available Time Slot

You can have WorldClient search for the next available time slot by dragging the green and red bars in the schedule grid to the desired length of time and then clicking on the 'Auto-Pick Next >>' button.  WorldClient will search the schedules of the available attendee calendars and return the first block of time unless no time is found in the upcoming time frame.  Once you have found the appropriate time block Click 'Save and Close' and the window will close adding the contacts you have added to your event.
