WorldClient's Contacts folders are useful for keeping track of email addresses for various contacts - including comments. To open the WorldClient Contacts you will need to click the Contacts link in the bottom left-hand side of the browser. You can select a contacts folder from the list of folders in the left hand folder tree. If you are uncertain where the address you're looking for is you can select the "All contacts" link in the navigation bar. You can double-click a contact to open the contact for editing or viewing (if you don't have editing permission for a folder the contact will be displayed with the save option disabled and the editing fields disabled). You can also search contacts by clicking on the search icon in the navigation bar and typing in the search criteria in the search form. When you cancel the search you will be restored to your normal, unfiltered contacts view.
As you come in contact with new people, or gather email addresses of people that you know, you will want to add them to the Address book. You can do this easily with WorldClient.
