Mailbox folders are displayed on the left hand side of the web browser in the LookOut theme.  Folders can be altered, renamed, and moved on the Folders Options page.  When used in conjunction with MDaemon's Filters messages can be sorted into different folders to help organize incoming messages.  To change folders you can simply click on the folder name you desire to view the message listing for.
