WorldClient's contacts folders are useful for keeping track of email addresses for various contacts - including comments. You can store various pieces of information about contacts including addresses, multiple email addresses, homepage URL's
To open the WorldClient contacts folders you click the Contacts link. You can select which folder you'd like to view from the folders list. If you are uncertain whether the address you're looking for is in the private or public section of the address book, you can select the "All contacts" link. By clicking on any of the links under the recipients header you can compose a message to that email address.
Creating a contact
As you come in contact with new people, or gather email addresses of people that you know you will want to add them to the Address book, you can do this easily with WorldClient.

To Create a Contact
| 1. | Open the WorldClient Address Book by clicking the "Contacts" link. |
| 2. | Click "Create a Contact", a new window will open up. |
| 3. | The name and email address fields are required for new contacts, but all other fields are optional (you may only have one other field, "Comments"). |
| 4. | Click "Save" to save the information you have entered or cancel to close the window without keeping the name and addresses you have entered. |
Editing a Contact
Some addresses will change for contacts that you have in the address book, or you may want to alter comments that you have stored about certain people, you can edit the information to keep your records current.
To edit a contact
| 1. | Open the WorldClient Address Book by clicking the "Contacts" link. |
| 2. | Click the "Edit" link to the right of the address that you desire to change, a new window will pop-up with the contact's information. |
| 3. | change the information that you need to alter. |
| 4. | Click "Save" to save your changes or "Cancel" to close the window without saving the changes you have made. |
Copying or Moving a Contact or Contacts
Copying or moving a contact is simple and is almost identical to copying or moving a message.
| 1. | Select the contacts in the contact list you would like to copy or move |
| 2. | Click the 'copy/move' link at the top of the page |
| 3. | A popup window will prompt you for the destination folder, select the folder you want to copy or move the contact to |
| 4. | Click the 'Copy' button to copy the contact to the destination folder or click the 'Move' button to move the contact to the destination folder. |
Deleting a Contact
Some contacts may no longer be necessary and you will want to remove them from your contact list.
To delete a contact
| 1. | Open the WorldClient Address Book by clicking the "Contacts" link. |
| 2. | Click the "Delete" link to the right of the contact you want to delete. |
| 3. | WorldClient will ask you to confirm whether or not you want to delete the contact. Select "Yes" if you want to delete the contact or "No" if you don't want to delete the contact. |
Sorting the Contacts Folder
The WorldClient address book is sortable by clicking on the field headers on the address book's table. You can sometimes find different contacts by re-ordering the address book by email addresses or name.
Sorting Contacts By Name
| 1. | Click the link in the table header entitled "Name" to sort the address listing by name. |
| 2. | Click the "Name" table header again to reverse the sort order. |
