The WorldClient Calendar Week View is useful for narrowing down your calendar view and getting a perspective for how busy your week is.

The Week view also allows you to delete events. Days are color coded and the key to the color coding is at the bottom of the page.

You will be prompted to confirm the deletion of events when you click "Delete."

Copying or Moving Events

You can copy events by:

1.	Selecting the checkbox next to the event and then clicking on the 'copy/move link at the top of the page.

2.	Select the destination folder in the popup window

3.	Click the 'copy' or 'move' button in the popup window to choose which action to perform on the event.

Deleting Events

If you need to delete an event you can delete the event on the Week View or Day View.

To Delete Event

1.	Click the Delete link next to the event you desire to delete.

2.	WorldClient will prompt you to confirm the deletion of the event, click OK to delete the event. If you click Cancel the event will be preserved.
