The first page displayed after you log in is the Inbox Message Listing.  All messages contained in your Inbox (or other folder, if you switch folders) will be listed in sortable columns: Subject, From, Date, and Size. From here you can mark messages as read, delete messages, move or copy them to another folder, or cause one to be displayed in the Message View.

You can set the interval on the Personalize page - reached by clicking Options on the Navigation bar. You can also manually check for new messages at any time by clicking Get Mail.

Message Status Icons

Contained in the Message Listing is a column that is used for displaying a Status icon next to each entry. There are five icons that can be displayed in this column:

new

This icon will be displayed next to New messages. These are messages that are unread and were collected by WorldClient at (or since) login.

unread

Signifies that a message is Unread. These are messages that were collected some time in the past (not since login) but haven’t yet been read.

replied

Signifies that you have Replied to the message.

forwarded

Messages that you have Forwarded will have this icon displayed.

urgent

These are Urgent or High Priority messages.

When an entry’s Status icon column is left blank, that means that the message has been Read and doesn’t match any other Status icon criteria.
