Options

From the "Options" page you can reach several different areas:

Personalize - This page is used for customizing the appearance and operation of some of your account settings and functions.
Compose - This page allows you to alter your compose settings to your liking.
Calendar - WorldClient Calendar features can be altered to let the calendar work for you.
Advanced Settings (optional) – If the mail server on which you have an email account is MDaemon Server for Windows, then you might have access to this optional feature that can be used to modify some of your MDaemon account settings.
Mailboxes - This is used for editing and adding POP mailboxes from which you wish tocollect email messages.
Filters - By using Filters you can set rules to be applied to incoming messages. Filters can be used to automatically distribute messages to specific folders and/or prevent unwanted mail (spam).
Folders - This page is used for Creating, Renaming, and Deleting mail folders. These folders can be used for organizing and storing your mail. You can automatically route mail to specific folders by using Filters.
ComAgent – This highly useful utility can be downloaded from this page and installed on your local machine. It can be used to monitor your email account for incoming mail, notify you when new messages are received, automatically sign you in and retrieve your email, and more.

Help

Clicking "Help" on the Navigation bar will open WorldClient’s User Help in a separate window. User Help contains a Table of Contents and Index for navigating throughout the help system and displaying Help topics in the main frame on the right.

Empty Trash

The Trash folder is used to protect you from accidentally deleting messages. When you Delete a message from the Message Listing, it will be moved to the Trash folder rather than immediately deleted. Clicking "Empty Trash" on the Navigation bar will permanently delete all messages currently stored in the Trash folder. Depending upon your particular account settings, messages contained in the Trash folder may also be deleted when you log out or a specific limit is reached. Contact your mail administrator to determine what size or number limitations (if any) may be applied to your account.

Sign Out

Click "Sign Out" to sign out of the WorldClient email system. You should always sign out and close your browser when you are finished working with your mail. This will aid in making sure that your mail is secure at all times.

Folders

All accounts have four folders when they are created, which cannot be renamed or deleted. However, you can create, delete, and rename any number of other folders or subfolders by using the Folders page, which is reached by clicking Folders. Clicking a specific folder on the Navigation bar will move you to the Message Listing of that folder.

The four initial folders are:

Inbox - This is your main mailbox folder. Your incoming mail is stored here unless you are using Filters to store it elsewhere.
Drafts - This folder is used for storing messages which you haven’t yet completed or you wish to send at a later time.  Messages will be moved here when you click Send Later on the Compose or Spell Check page.
Sent - When you send an email message, a copy of it will be stored in your Sent folder. This is useful for keeping a record of and/or reviewing all messages that you have sent in the past. Depending upon your account settings, this feature may not be available to you. Check with your mail administrator for information about the availability of this feature.
Trash - This folder is used to protect you from accidentally deleting messages. When you Delete a message from the Message Listing, it will be moved to the Trash folder rather than immediately deleted. Depending upon your particular account settings, messages contained in the Trash folder may be deleted when you log out or a specific limit is reached. Contact your mail administrator to determine what size or number limitations (if any) may be applied to your account.
