Notes

WorldClient's Notes will allow you to create and manage text information that can also be color coded, associated with contacts and categories.   Notes can be synced with your Outlook mail client using OutlookConnector.

Creating a Note

To create a note:

1.Click the "New Note" link
2.Fill in the note description
3.(Optional) Select any color
4.(Optional) Type in or select categories for the note if any
5.(Optional) Type in a contact or list of contacts associated with the note
6.Click the 'Save' button or link

Delete a Note

To delete a note you can press the red X at the end of the row for the note you would like to delete

Check the checkbox next to the note rows you would like to delete and then click the 'Delete' link above the notes table
